Note: The option to book classrooms for Summer & Fall semester non-academic meetings & events opens on May 1. The option to book for the following Spring semester opens on December 1. Non-classroom spaces may be booked up to 365 days in the future.

University of San Diego faculty and staff use the Event Management System (EMS) web application to check space availability and to request a room location or resources such as tables/chairs and other equipment.
