The Learning Design Center (LDC) invites all USD faculty to stop by our “Drop-In and Connect” sessions for friendly, in-person support. These on-site hours are your chance to get real-time help with Canvas and other instructional technologies.
Whether you're setting up your course, troubleshooting a tricky feature, or just want to explore what’s new, our team is here to support you—on your schedule.
We offer guidance on:
- Canvas & Canvas Mobile Apps
- Ally accessibility checker
- Turnitin & Draft Coach
- Panopto & Zoom (technical issues should be directed to ITS)
- VoiceThread, VitalSource, and Respondus
- Publisher integrations (Cengage, McGraw Hill, Pearson, Wiley)
- Teaching Assistant (TA) access requests
- Course management and Canvas organization best practices
