With over 5 years of experience in higher education and 9 years in creative design, Jose has the necessary skills to further enhance the student learning experience here at USD.
Jose joined the Learning Design Center here at USD in late January of 2020. He previously worked for another local non-profit university in creating custom and innovative interactive presentations. Not only did he work on online courses, but he has also completed several projects in User Interface design and video production/editing.
Jose has a vast knowledge of all the creative software available today, including Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Adobe Captivate, After Effects, and various others. These tools have allowed him to create online courses that were rich with innovative content with a heavy emphasis on interactivity.
Jose holds an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Platt College and holds over 15 certificates in numerous skills ranging from Social Media Marketing to User Experience / Interface design.
