Instructional Support Analyst I
Ben Adelman, B.A., M.B.A Candidate, is an Instructional Technologist at the University of San Diego with the Learning and Design Center.
As a student at USD, Ben joined the online development team as a student worker and assisted in Blackboard LMS maintenance functions such as course copy. Upon earning his bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, Ben maintained his part-time role in the online development team within the Professional and Continuing Education Department. He eventually earned full-time employment in July of 2018 as an Instructional Technologist.
For the Learning and Design Center, Ben currently serves a variety of roles as an Instructional Technologist. Instructional Technologists such as Ben maintain Blackboard LMS pages for online Masters Degree courses and professional development courses. He also assists in creating interactive multimedia presentations for students within those online classes, as well as integrating them into the Blackboard pages. Ben provides LMS technical support when visibility and informational issues arise within the day to day functions of Blackboard.
