AAC&U Institute on AI, Pedagogy, and the Curriculum (2026-2027 Cohort)
A cross-campus team of faculty, staff, and university leaders will participate in the seven-month Institute on AI, Pedagogy, and the Curriculum [https://www.aacu.org/event/2026-27-institute-ai-pedagogy-curriculum]. Through expert guidance, collaborative design sessions, and customized mentoring, the team will build on the work done by the AI Steering Committee recommendations to develop an institutional action plan addressing AI’s impact on teaching, assessment, academic integrity, ethics, equity, curriculum, and university operations. This work will require help team members to engage across departments to set shared goals that align curriculum, student learning and institutional priorities.The goal is to develop a strategy to prepare students, faculty, and the broader campus community to navigate a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
