THRIVE! Forms and Templates
As part of the THRIVE! Chapter Accreditation Program, each chapter is required to meet expectations in seven priority areas, as well as complete a chapter assessment and action plan.
Below, you’ll find links to the submission forms and templates that will help your chapter easily upload and report the required information in alignment with THRIVE!

A high-performing chapter is one that is attentive to detail in all areas of chapter operations on campus. A chapter that excels in the area of chapter management is organized, efficient, and timely.

One of the primary aims of fraternities and sororities is to assist members in their academic efforts. All chapters should actively work to support members in their academic efforts, promote experiential learning, and create opportunities for growth, improvement, and success in academic excellence.
Harm Reduction is an important component of the fraternity and sorority experience. Harm reduction includes the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, understanding membership expectations, and the accountability measures associated with the failure to meet them.

Community services and philanthropy are important components of the fraternity and sorority life experience. Community service includes a hands-on, experiential time commitment. Service is a helpful activity volunteered by individuals or an organization to benefit a community or its institutions. Service is a contribution of talent. Philanthropy involves altruistic concern for human welfare and advancement, usually manifested by donations of money, property, or work to needy persons. Philanthropy is a contribution of treasures.

The selection of new members and the ways in which fraternities and sororities educate and prepare members for lifelong involvement in a fraternity and sorority are the driving forces of fraternities and sororities. Chapters should diligently examine when and how intake or recruitment is conducted, as well as the practices by which interested members are prepared for membership.

Each chapter needs to have a positive image with its various publics, including (inter)national organizations, alumnae/alumni, parents, and community members. The chapter should be proactive in disseminating accurate and positive information about the fraternity/sorority experience.
