Refund Policy

Cancellation and Deferral Policy
We understand that senior executives occasionally have changes in plans or schedules that will result in their not being able to attend the program as planned. If you wish to cancel and receive a full refund, you must submit your request in writing at least 30 days prior to the program start date. If you submit your request 15 to 29 days before the program start date, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of the full program fee. If you submit your request within 14 days of the program start date, you are not eligible to receive a refund. Cancellation requests are valid only upon the University confirming receipt of your request.

Please note: The program deposit of $1,000 is non-refundable.

Deferral
If you need to defer your participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 30 days before the program start date. For all deferral requests, any balance remaining after fees will be applied toward the next Global Executive Seminar.

If you choose to defer your enrollment, you must attend the new course or you will forfeit all funds previously paid. Only one deferral or substitution per enrollment is allowed, and must occur within one year of the original course date. There is no cancellation with any refunds on deferred enrollments.

Substitution
To send a substitute in your place, please submit your request in writing with the substitute details. Once you have provided the substitute’s details they will be notified by email and have 48 hours in which to confirm their participation.

Discount Policy
Please note that you may take advantage of only one discount or special offer per course (e.g., group pricing, USD alumni discount, etc.). Discounts cannot be combined. Visit the FAQ page to see a list of available discounts.

Course Attendance and Completion Policy
Participants must attend the entire course in order to receive the program certificate of completion.
Additionally, upon successful completion you will receive a digital badge. There are no academic credits granted for participation.
