Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer

I am currently serving as USD's Chief Information Officer (CIO),  focusing on enhancing our IT Services and assuring high customer satisfaction.  I am also honored to be a CIO Emeritus at the University of California, after working at this wonderful institution for almost 34 years, First at UCLA, then at  UCSD and finally, as the Vice Chancellor for Information Technology and CIO, at UCSF.

Personally, I am an avid reader, bridge player, photographer, and also love to study, having a J.D. from Concord University School of Law and a  Ph.D. in Management from UCLA.
