Desktop Technician II
I am part of the Technical Support Services team at USD. We support end user hardware and software all over the campus ranging from Windows and Apple Macintosh computers, to mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals. As part of Apple Team@USD, I specialize in Apple hardware repairs and Apple administration and support.
