Andrew Cabodi is the Chief Operating Officer at Balboa Nephrology. He brings extensive experience scaling healthcare organizations and driving operational excellence. Andrew began his healthcare career at DaVita Kidney Care, where he was instrumental in developing the company’s earliest value-based care programs. Since then, he has led operations at Autism In Motion Clinics and IVX Health through rapid growth and to eventual acquisition.
Andrew earned an MBA and an MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. With a passion for creating efficiencies and building high-performing teams, Cabodi focuses on driving sustainable practices that lead to improved patient outcomes and employee satisfaction.
Andrew Cabodi is a Southern California native and enjoys hiking, time outdoors and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
