MyWellness Secure E-mail messages
Log onto the USD MyWellness Portal to send a secure message to your counselor, the Counseling Center, or another Wellness Area unit or professional. You can also use MyWellness to complete other tasks, such as to "sign" (electronically) the Wellness Area's consent for treatment form, update your contact information, complete your university health history form, and so forth. Log in using your MySanDiego username and password.
