My Approach to Therapy:
I like to approach the therapeutic relationship with collaboration to honor the fact that my clients are the experts of their lived experience. My role involves bringing validation and curiosity to the therapeutic relationship to facilitate exploration of what matters most for a client in hopes of facilitating change.
