My Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. I seek to better understand each of my client's story and backgrounds through focusing on building a safe and warm environment with empathy, genuineness, and absolute acceptance. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship to empower my clients to reflect on themselves and their experiences in order to work towards their goals.
Personal Interests: I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new foods, thrifting, snowboarding and crafting.
