Clinical and Population Interests: Male-identified students, LGBTQIA+, first-generation students, identity development, relational concerns, academic stress, trauma, adjustment-related concerns, depression, and anxiety
Theoretical Orientation: I primarily work from a person-centered and interpersonal perspective and also integrate acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive-behavioral approaches depending on my client's goals and needs.
My approach to therapy: My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives and the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest therapeutic tools on the path to living a fulfilled and whole life. I encourage clients to utilize curiosity, openness, and introspection to reflect on their past and present experiences and allow them to inform their future goals and desires. Lastly, I believe people are inherently relationally oriented and we can discover a lot about ourselves based on our social and relational functioning and happiness.

Personal Interests: When I'm not working, I love to be outdoors. Hiking, camping, and running are ways I enjoy being outside. I also love going to the movies and cooking as well.
