Bonus Offer Terms- Campus Cash Bonus Funds are non-refundable.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for Bonus funds to appear in your account.
- Bonus offer is only valid on Campus Cash funds purchased from 9/23/24, through 10/6/24.
- $1,500.00 in Campus Cash is the maximum total amount that may be purchased and receive bonus funds. Purchases of Campus Cash over $1,500.00 will not receive any additional bonus funds.
- Campus Cash cannot be used to purchase alcohol, or to pay for special events at La Gran Terraza that include alcohol, such as wine and beer dinners.
- Regular Campus Cash does not have an expiration date and funds are refundable:
- Students may request a refund by contacting Campus Card via email within 30 days of their withdrawal or graduation date
- University employees may request a refund by contacting Campus Card via email within 30 days from their last date of employment
The participant understands and agrees:
- Campus Cash accounts are not transferable.
- No interest or other earnings will be paid to the holder or credited by USD.
- Bonus funds are not refundable.
- Restitution is required for overdrafts resulting from off-line transactions.
- USD is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.
- ID Replacement cards are available for a fee
- The user is responsible for immediately reporting a lost or stolen ID card in person at the Campus Card Services Office in UC 127 or via email: campuscard@sandiego.edu.
- The university is not responsible for the use of any lost or stolen card until reported.
- Patrons may not make cash withdrawals from their Campus Cash accounts. Funds may only be refunded upon graduation or by formally withdrawing from the university.
- If you graduate or withdraw, and have a balance in your account, you will need to go to the Campus Card office to request a refund. Or, you may request a refund via an email to campuscard@sandiego.edu. Please include your full name, USD ID#, and address for mailing. Once verified and confirmed Campus Card will send a refund check.
- Current account statements are available online via the Campus Card GET site.
- All sales transactions are debited from the Campus Cash account and the user is responsible for observing the transaction debited at the point and time of sale and for the monitoring of his/her own account balance.
- Campus Cash accounts, transcripts of their use, forms and records are property of the university. Use of these accounts may be revoked at any time.
- Terms and Conditions are subject to revisions, additions or deletions without notice at any time.
