MBA/Master's in Real Estate — Real Estate MBA

Excel in the fast-paced world of real estate.

As a student in our MBA and Master's in Real Estate (MSRE) dual degree program, you will master broad-based business fundamentals and gain expertise that you can immediately apply in today's competitive real estate industry. From engaging in a semester-long consulting project to developing business plans for property developers, you will be prepared for an upper-level position in business management or commercial real estate upon graduation.

To pursue this program, you will need to apply and be accepted by both the MBA and the MSRE programs. The MBA program accepts the following MSRE courses in transfer as elective units: Commercial Real Estate Finance and Investment (3 units), Commercial Real Estate Valuation (3 units), Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets (3 units), Real Estate Market Analysis (3 units) and Sustainable Real Estate (2 units).

The MSRE Sustainable Real Estate course also satisfies the MBA requirement that students complete at least two elective units in corporate social responsibility. You will also need to fulfill all other degree requirements for each degree. You may start with either the MBA or MSRE program. In order to complete the dual degree in two years, however, you must start with the MBA program.
