Michael the chief financial officer and principal of Parallel Capital Partners. He is responsible for the partnership’s capital markets activities including sourcing and managing the firm’s equity and debt relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, participating in the structuring of over $4B in acquisitions and capital market transactions. Throughout his career he has actively led and been involved in the development and operation of over 20 million square feet across all classes of real estate. In addition to his capital market’s role, Michael oversees the company’s underwriting, financial reporting and risk management.
