Eric is a senior vice president with U.S. Bank’s commercial real estate group and leads the San Diego, Arizona, and Nevada teams. He is responsible for managing and solving complex financial needs for middle market developers/investors, high net worth individuals and institutional investors. Based in Minneapolis, U.S. Bank’s assets total more than $675 billion and it is the country’s fifth largest commercial bank. With commercial real estate offices in most major markets, U.S. Bank ranks in the top commercial real estate lenders in the country. Eric has been a commercial real estate lender in Southern California for more than 19 years and has been involved with more than $3.5 billion of debt financings. Eric graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego. He is actively involved with NAIOP and a handful of local non-profits.
