Bradley (Brad) A. Geier

Co-managing Partner, Merlone Geier Partners

Brad is a founder, co-owner and co-managing partner of Merlone Geier Partners. Merlone Geier primarily focuses on neighborhood and community shopping centers and retail-driven, mixed-use projects. Merlone Geier and its predecessor M&H Realty Partners have actively invested in West Coast retail properties since 1993. The firm has raised $4.3 billion in discretionary equity capital and acquired 155 properties, representing in excess of 27 million square feet. Previously, Brad held positions at Trammell Crow Company and the Taubman Company. In addition to serving on the policy advisory board of the Burnham-Moores Center, Brad is a member of the board of trustees of Stanford University and is a director of H.G. Fenton Company. He is a member of ULI and ICSC. Brad received a bachelor’s  in history from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
