Brian Caster, president and CEO of the Caster Group, is the second generation in his family’s business. He has worked for the Caster Group for 35 years and has served as CEO for the past 23 years. A-1 Self Storage, part of the Caster Group, is one of the top 10 family-owned and operated self-storage companies in the country. Brian, along with the management team at A-1, has built a solid organization committed to ensuring that the A-1 Self Storage brand is synonymous with quality, state-of-the-art self-storage operations. The company’s priorities include customer service, facility design, giving back to the local community, and helping to shape the industry. Brian also serves is on the CubeSmart advisory board and the San Diego Police Officers Association Widows & Orphans Fund. He served as chairperson of the Self Storage Association’s large owners council and is active in numerous professional groups. He is dedicated to his family, industry and charities.
