Partner, San Diego Self Storage
Terry is a partner at San Diego Self Storage. He has been involved with the Self Storage industry since 1996. Terry started his real estate career while still attending UCLA as an undergraduate with a small residential development company. After working in many disciplines within the real estate field including development, banking, finance and commercial leasing he brought his family back to his home town and joined San Diego Self Storage. The self storage business allowed him to focus on his real estate passion while also focusing on the retail business aspects of the self storage industry. Focusing on development to build the portfolio, San Diego Self Storage has grown to 18 facilities in San Diego with additional self storage holdings throughout Los Angeles and Northern California.
