USD Admission Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
Program Description
By opting into SMS messaging from the University of San Diego (“USD,” “we,” “us”), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to:
- Admissions and application updates
- Enrollment and financial aid notifications
- Academic reminders and deadlines
- Student services and advising communication
- Event notifications and reminders
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from CIA at the number provided.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency can vary depending on your stage in the admissions or student lifecycle. You may receive up to six messages per month, though frequency may vary during peak periods.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying: STOP.
After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from USD.

Privacy and Data Use
