Next Steps for Newly Admitted Domestic Students

Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of San Diego!

To accept your offer of admission, please follow three steps below:

#1

Accept Your Offer of Admission by Paying Your Enrollment Deposit

Locate an email that was sent to you with the subject line, "Track Your USD Application," for your login credentials to the MySanDiego Portal.

  • Log into the MySanDiego Portal
  • Click on "Admissions"
  • Click on "Admitted"
    • Note: Turn-off your pop-up blocker
  • Click "Make My Deposit"

You will be redirected to a secure site to make your non-refundable enrollment deposit. Please note that the university does not accept credit cards; you will pay by linking your bank account using your bank’s routing number.

#2

Claim Your USDOne Student Email and Account

24 hours after making the enrollment deposit, claim your USDOne account and email. To set up your USDOne, you will need the following information:

  • your 9-digit USD ID number (found in your official offer of admission email)
  • the email you used for your online application for admission
  • your date of birth (please make sure to input your date of birth in the MM-DD-YYYY format)

Once you have claimed your account, you can access the MySanDiego Portal with your newly created USDOne username and password. Your USDOne username will also act as your USD Torero Mail address (username@sandiego.edu).
