You will have until Election Day to fill it out and mail it back to the County Registrar of Voters.
Now get informed and don't forget to make a plan for voting by mail!
Have you moved? If you've moved since you registered the last time, you need to register again.

California makes it very easy for you. Just register online here!
Once you are registered, you will automatically be mailed a ballot in mid-October. You will be able to mail it back in during the several weeks leading up to Election Day.
Make sure you sign the outer envelope when you mail it back, because that is how Elections officials will prevent fraud. Ballots that are returned after Election Day, or that do not have a signed envelope, will not be counted.
Now get informed!

The easiest thing to do is find a paper ballot application (available at many locations including the Political Science and International Relations department in KIPJ) and complete a paper application.
If you choose to register online, you'll need to print out the form, get an envelope, and mail it in.
And don't forget to get informed!
