Support Undergraduate Research
There are many ways to support undergraduate research at the University of San Diego:
If you are part of a company, organization, or government agency that conducts scientific, engineering, or social science research, consider having a USD undergraduate as a research intern. Please contact the Office of Undergraduate Research for more information.
Our on-campus research program, SURE, offers undergraduate students the opportunity to conduct a summer-long research, scholarly or creative project under the mentorship of a USD faculty member. A donation of $7500 supports a SURE student's 10 week summer project.
Undergraduate Research Conference
Every spring, the University of San Diego hosts the Undergraduate Research Conference, a showcase of student-faculty research, internships, creative works, and scholarship. Students present their work in the form of academic posters or interactive exhibits. A contribution of $50 allows one student to print and present a poster at the Undergraduate Research Conference.
Please consider supporting these worthwhile academic programs.
