USD’s Tele-Mental Health Training Clinic Receives $2.5 Million Grant. Through support from the California Veterans Health Initiative (CVHI) Mental Health Support Grant, the USD Tele-Mental Health Training Clinic is able to offer scholarships to cover the cost of treatment for veterans and their families and supports.

The clinic's hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday

9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

For Veterans, the following services are available:

Intake Session: 2 hours

Weekly Therapy: 1 hour weekly

Case Management Services: 1 hour monthly (more as needed)

Medication Management: As needed

For family members of veterans seeking services, the following services are available:

Intake Session: 2 hours

Weekly Therapy: 1 hour weekly

Scholarships Offered

The Tele-mental Health Training Clinic strives to make services easily accessible to veteran individuals and families in financial need by providing scholarships (i.e., fee reductions). These scholarships are funded by California Veterans Health Initiative (CVHI) Mental Health Support Grant, awarded by the CalVet - California Department of Veterans Affairs. Scholarships are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
