As part of Project TeamUP's professionalism series, Lily Vistica, LMFT (she/her), Director of Clinical Training at the University of San Diego, developed a training video on resume creation and applying for jobs after graduation. We hope you find this a useful resource whether you are applying for a job after graduation or your practicum/fieldwork/internship experience!
Through their review of assessment data last year, the MFT program identified that offering practicum students more instruction and support around clinical documentation would be helpful. In response to this need, Project TeamUP agreed to sponsor Lily Vistica, LMFT (she/her), Director of Clinical Training and Applied Instructor of Marital and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego, to develop a training video on clinical documentation. We hope that this will be a helpful resource not only to the MFT students but to CMFT students in the other programs as well.
