Vlad Bolsakov serves as the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration for School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Bolsakov has over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and planning, management, and consulting.
Prior to joining USD, Bolsakov was a Vice President for Finance at John Paul the Great Catholic University, and taught a series of Accounting and Finance classes as an adjunct professor. He also worked for over a decade at Deloitte Tax, as well as E&Y assisting multinational corporate clients.
Bolsakov has been an active member of the local community serving on several finance and development committees.
