The University of San Diego owns transitional housing rental units which are leased according to the university's priority policy.
Leasing
Transitional rental units require a 24 month lease commitment. This commitment begins on lease start date or date of occupancy and concludes on June 30th of that second year. Lease extensions, beyond this time commitment, are not guaranteed due to new incoming faculty housing demand. Generally there is limited housing supply available and the university has a wait list for these units. Please contact facultyhousing@sandiego.edu for more information or to be placed on the wait list.
