Monique provides strategic direction and leadership to improve the Center for Restorative Justice's internal systems with an eye toward future needs, opportunities, and budget realities. She manages the Center's training operations from initial inquiry to training delivery. She is a graduate of the Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership Certificate and has been actively involved in Restorative Justice practices across campus. Monique's mission is to empower individuals to reflect on their role in creating inclusivity by building connections and advocating for positive social change.
