
Dani Phillips is the Program Manager of Community Building in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Washington University of St. Louis. Her role focuses on strategically developing connections with students. She earned a certificate in Restorative Justice Facilitation and Leadership from the University of San Diego. She serves on the Restorative Justice Network of Catholic Campuses planning team. Prior to WashU, she served as Assistant Director for Student Responsibility and Community Standards at Saint Louis University. Dani has experience in student conduct and student development at a Catholic-Jesuit institution. She assisted in implementing restorative practices in community building, repairing harm, and reentry support. Dani is passionate about building deeper connections in neighborhoods and utilizes restorative practices to address the challenges of bringing people together from diverse perspectives. She incorporates restorative practices into her lifestyle.
