Summary of Curriculum
The best learning happens in a community of practice, where students build strong relationships and study together in a cohort model. This program is completed in 1.5 years, through online coursework and three immersion courses: two skill-building intensives on the University of San Diego campus and one travel seminar to learn about the global reach of restorative justice.
Effective Fall 2026, LEAD 502B: Applied Research Methods for Leaders and Managers has been replaced by KROC 594: Foundations in Peace, Justice and Social Change.
