First Year Exemption Information

First-Year Parking Exemption Application opens for submission on July 15, 2026 through My Parking Account. First-Year resident parking is limited to only Manchester Village garages (G3, G4). Please visit this page to read the New First-Year parking permit process before submitting an application.
