Adrianna Borja-Hoffmann serves as a Sponsored Programs Administrator in the University of San Diego’s Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). In her role, she supports faculty, administrators, and staff in the development and submission of competitive proposals for external funding. Mrs. Borja-Hoffmann provides guidance on sponsor guidelines, budget development, and compliance with both University policies and agency-specific requirements.

Prior to joining OSP, Mrs. Borja-Hoffmann was a Program Manager with the San Diego Diplomacy Council, where she collaborated with the U.S. Department of State on cultural exchange grants and international programming. Her work focused on international and binational affairs, where she fostered strong partnerships with foundations and governmental institutions.

Mrs. Borja-Hoffmann holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy from Hochschule Furtwangen University in Berlin, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with an emphasis in Italian and Art from California State University Channel Islands.
