Class Action Mastery Forum

The 3rd Annual Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum™, in collaboration with University of San Diego School of Law, will showcase impactful, expert discussions on a variety of critical topics and emerging issues, including MDL trends, privacy and data breach, consumer class actions, cy-pres and quick pay provision, employment, securities, antitrust and more. Our panelists are leading industry experts who will give valuable insights into these topics.

Attendees will also get a sneak peek of critical findings from Western Alliance Bank’s soon-to-be-released research regarding class action stakeholder perceptions of the appeals and objections landscape, opportunities for quick-pay provisions and cy pres settlements. Learn more about Western Alliance Bank’s research report released in 2020 regarding the Rule 23 Amendments here.

The virtual program is co-chaired by plaintiffs attorneys, David S. Casey, Jr. and Gayle M. Blatt of CaseyGerry, and defense attorneys, Erin M. Bosman of Morrison & Foerster and Joshua Jessen of Gibson Dunn. The Class Action Law Forum benefits the Keith F. Park Endowed Scholarship Fund at University of San Diego School of Law.
