When JR Blount started as the new head coach of USD's Men's Basketball team, he quickly began building his team. First, with all-star coaches who had worked with him in the past. And, then by building his roster -- choosing players by their basketball skills but more importantly, based on their character as young men.

JR Blount, the new head coach of USD's Men's basketball program, sat down with the "At the Edge of it All" team to talk about his start into basketball, how he played hard to get to where he is today by "getting better daily" and how he is looking to build a team that wins not only on the court but in school, in life and in the community.
