While you and fellow USD Law alumni are enjoying your vacations, another summer tradition is underway at USD School of Law. The USD Law team is rolling out innovative programing; planning vibrant alumni activities; and creating opportunities for students to be successful.

Good News! You have every right to be proud—law school alumni responded to the most critical needs facing students at USD; you left it all on the field this past year…the legal field, that is.

The future of USD Law isn't built in a single year. But thanks to your generosity during this fiscal year, the groundwork is laid for a bold, modern future—one that will explore a new approach to learning spaces, enhance the law school’s world-class faculty, expand experiential learning opportunities, and extend the reach of USD Law into the San Diego community.

And while one fiscal year has come to a close, the work for Fiscal Year 2027 is already well underway. The law school is:

●      Hosting Blueprint for Excellence: Designing for the Future of Law events to build excitement for the campaign to transform Warren Hall and the Pardee Legal Research Center;

●      Welcoming new members to the Board of Visitors and Law Alumni Board;

●      Reimagining the annual Law Firm Challenge;

●      Preparing for milestone class reunions;

●      Planning alumni gatherings, regional chapters, and holiday celebrations; and

●      Building momentum for October's Torero Tuesday campaign and the 2027 Big Give in April.

So, kick up your feet and enjoy the rest of your summer while we transform your support into action, ensuring that when students return to campus, they have every opportunity to succeed—and when alumni return, they'll find a law school that continues to set the standard for excellence in legal education.
