This is your USD News Minute.

Thanks, everyone, for another incredible Grandparents and Family Spring Weekend. Family and friends got a chance to see what life is like as a Torero, and hundreds of people turned out for the talk with USD alum and NASA astronaut Matthew Dominick.

Join us at Copley Library as we celebrate Black History Month with a special night with Natalie Baszile, renowned author of Queen Sugar, her debut novel that was turned into a TV show. She’ll give a talk and hold a Q&A. That’s tonight at 7, and it’s free to attend. Details below.

And hit the ballpark this weekend for USD Baseball’s first home stand of the season. They’ll be taking on Michigan at Fowler Park Friday through Sunday. Students get in free with a USD ID.

As always – thanks for watching, and we’ll see you next week.
