The sculpture is a depiction of migrants and refugees from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds from throughout history and different diverse periods. Seeing This statue and dedicating it was special as he reflects on his journey as a refugee, Reminding us of the dignity of the human person. San Diego and Baja, California universities and diplomatic leaders announced a plan to strengthen academic ties across the Border. Uc, San Diego, San Diego State, USD and Southwestern College are among the colleges represented. The Hope is to increase, uh, multilingual, uh, workforce, University of San Diego alum and NASA astronaut Johnny Kim. Here he is returning to Earth. He Spent several months for the International Space Station. Kim graduated from USD with a bachelor's degree in math. They'll actually go into the store and they'll take some gift cards off the rack, and if there's a vulnerability or a flaw in the software that the toy's running on, somebody could potentially take advantage of that. But why not go in thinking, how can I make this connection full or fun and, you know, full of laughter and joy as opposed to already expecting the other shoe to drop. They're caught in this vice grip in this some sort of tug of war, Nicole, between inflation prices and jobs. It is incredibly concerning. It's clearly a lost opportunity to literally save a child's life. Then when they lost that hair tie, as one does, it didn't leave a negative impact on the planet, And so now we're seeing more eggs onto the market, and egg prices have come down. It is so important as we celebrate this history and reclaim this history that we don't wash away the difficult parts as well.
