Peer Coaching Salons
A salon is a gathering of people where they amuse one another and increase their knowledge through conversation. PBJN salons are an interactive space to connect across contexts to share the joys and challenges of undoing systems of oppression through place-based community engagement. Salons are open to the public. Anyone interested in the field of place-based community engagement and anti-oppression practices is welcome to attend.
Join PBJN colleagues in an interactive peer coaching salon as we support one another in addressing the challenges and possibilities of our work. Each salon will focus on a specific theme and particular case that a PBJN member brings to the space. Salon participants will learn about salient issues our colleagues are grappling with and share common experiences and new perspectives in navigating these critical issues.
