The USD Law Workers' Rights Clinic assists lower-income workers with a variety of employment law issues including employee rights, unemployment benefits, and more. Unfortunately, the Workers' Rights Clinic cannot assist community members with legal issues not listed below.

Working at the Workers' Rights Clinic as a Student

The Workers' Rights Clinic provides students the opportunity to assist lower-income workers with a variety of employment law issues including employee rights, discrimination, medical leave, workplace safety, unpaid wages, unemployment benefits, harassment and wrongful termination. The class sessions will feature guest speakers including leading employment law attorneys.
