IBM Amos is powerful structural equation modeling software that enables you to support your research and theories by extending standard multivariate analysis methods, including regression, factor analysis, correlation, and analysis of variance. With Amos you can build attitudinal and behavioral models that reflect complex relationships more accurately than with standard multivariate statistics techniques using either an intuitive graphical, or programmatic user interface.
USD Employees: As a reminder, our SPSS Statistics license expires July 1 every year. As AMOS is an add-on to SPSS, this software is also affected. IBM typically releases the new SPSS version update package on or around June 20. During this period, ITS requires time to setup and configure the software before it can be deployed.
If you receive a message that SPSS is expiring within 30 days, please send an email to help@sandiego.edu and ITS will follow-up with you once SPSS is ready to be deployed to your computer.

AMOS can only be installed on a Windows PC.
