There are several options for you to record and publish your recordings. Below you can find out different solutions to record directly in your classroom, recording virtual classroom, using a flipped classroom model or just uploading video files you already have.
Platforms
Zoom is USD's video conferencing solution available to all students, faculty, and staff. You can record and publish your virtual classrooms or recordings that you do on your own o your local computer or directly to the Zoom cloud.
YouTube is a video sharing website that allows you to upload any video file format from your computer or mobile device. Using the UNLISTED option, video links can be shared between students and faculty without the videos being publicly available on Youtube. YouTube is used by academic institutions, faculty, and students for pedagogical purposes.
Anyone with an @sandiego.edu email can already upload to YouTube with their USDOne credentials.

Google Drive is part of the Google GSuite and available to all USD students, staff and faculty. With Google Drive users can upload video, audio and documents. These items can be shared to individual users within USD or as an individual link. Users can also create folders to share with other users who can then also collaborate, edit and upload files.

- Unlimited storage
- Upload and share large video files
- Create and share folders that include multiple videos

ITS provides access to other screen recording and voice-over software to record material for a flipped classroom online delivery format.
