Personal Computer Repair
The ITS Help Desk provides software and hardware troubleshooting for personal computers and mobile devices. These services are available for all students, staff, and faculty at the University of San Diego.

Features
Services include basic troubleshooting, software installation, virus removal, operating system reinstallation, and hardware troubleshooting and installation.
Requirements
This service is currently only available to active students, staff, and faculty at USD.
Data security restrictions
User data is stored on secure USD servers when a computer needs to be backed up. However, this data is removed 30 days after a repair is complete.
Rates
ITS Help Desk repair services are free for on-campus residents; for off-campus students, staff, and faculty, please contact the ITS Help Desk for current prices. Device diagnosis is always free.
