US Bank One Card

Please fill out the Credit Card Exception Request Form and email it to onecardadmin@sandiego.edu.

Fraudulent activity must be reported immediately. In such cases, cardholders must promptly phone U.S. Bank (800) 344-5696. If cardholders are outside of the United States, call collect (701) 461-2010 (representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please also report the fraudulent activity on your credit card to the Corporate Card Administrator at onecardadmin@sandiego.edu.

Please reach out to US Bank to alert them that your card was lost.

You will need to contact CardMember Services at 1-800-344-5696.

The Card Member services agent at US Bank will need to verify your identity as the cardholder. They may ask the following questions, in some circumstances the information I provided below may differ for your individual account.

They will cancel the card and reissue a new card number.

Please call the number on the back of your card to contact the bank for a declined reason. You may also contact the onecardadmin@sandiego.edu for help resolving your card decline.

Declines may occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect zip code, fraud filters, and MCC code restrictions.

Cardholders should reimburse the University through this Personal Non Reimbursable CashNet.

If a cardholder chooses to reimburse the University through the Cashier’s Office, please request a receipt and ensure the payment is made to account 1325.

Personal expenses are prohibited on the One Card - multiple occurrences of personal expenses can result in closure of the cardholder’s card.

The confirmation of payment should be used as a receipt when reconciling your expense report through Torero Travel and Expense. Expense reports will not be approved if a Cash Net receipt is not attached to transactions with the expense type Personal/Non Reimbursable.

Reimbursements not on a One Card should be reimbursed here. (Ex: Airfare Card Reimbursement, Cash Advance Reimbursement)

To put a travel advisory on your One Card, please email onecardadmin@sandiego.edu with the dates of your trip and our team will notify the bank.

There is zero impact on their credit score as the account is paid internally and no social security numbers are provided to US Bank for USD's One Cards.

Please make sure to alert the One Card office so they can close your account. Please safely dispose of the credit card: shred it or cut it up.
