US Bank Instant Card

Yes, students can be issued an Instant Cards from a Sponsor. The Sponsor will be the one who reconciles the students expenses and the student will need to provide them with the receipts.

Instant Card allows the recipient to view the full 16-digit account number as well as the CVV code.

You will need to request more funds to be sent.

Cardholders should reimburse the University through this Personal Non Reimbursable CashNet.

If a cardholder chooses to reimburse the University through the Cashier’s Office, please request a receipt and ensure the payment is made to account 1325.

The confirmation of payment should be used as a receipt when reconciling your expense report through Torero Travel and Expense. Expense reports will not be approved if a Cash Net receipt is not attached to transactions with the expense type Personal/Non Reimbursable.
