Welcome! The Loan and Student Account Resolution Department is a key component of Student Financial Services at the University of San Diego. This department is divided into two specialized areas, each dedicated to the following:
Loan Administration: Assists both current and former students who have received campus-maintained loans through USD. Our responsibilities include the administration, disbursement and collection of various USD Campus-maintained student loans, such as the Federal Perkins Loan, Trust, Nursing and Education Loan.
Account Resolution: Assists with students who have graduated or separated from USD and have an outstanding student account balance.
Our office is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our current students, alumni and former students of USD.
