CPPC has studied the activities of California’s regulatory agencies since 1980, teaching the subject, and publishing the California Regulatory Law Reporter. CPPC’s Founder and Former Executive Director, Robert C. Fellmeth, is a recognized expert on occupational licensing boards, and has often been called upon to testify on the topic.
