In my role, I manage student conduct and Restorative Practices with the Division of Student Affairs. My areas of study and interest include Student Development, Identity Development, and Male Engagement. USD’s holistic approach to students allows me to consider all areas of wellness when meeting with students: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, and physical. The focus of my vocation is helping students answer the “big questions”, Who Are You? and Who Are You Becoming? My daily work allows me to help students identify how they can realize their potential as Changemakers.
