Rowan Hepps Keeney (they/them) is a restorative practitioner focused on healing-centered conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, empowerment, and social transformation through accountable, justice-driven dialogue and community spaces. In their role, at USD, they manage student conduct and restorative practices within Student Affairs. Rowan has over a decade of experience as a trans educator and organizer. Their advocacy work can be found in publications such as MTV News, The Wall Street Journal, them.us, Newsweek, and Seventeen. In their free time, Rowan can be found reading, cross-stitching, rock climbing, talking about astrology, playing pickleball, spending quality time with their community, or re-watching the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl LIX victory against the Chiefs for the 5,000th time.
